The service
Bluebase provides a platform for organizations to build and provision AI agents to their people. Access is currently by invitation for design partners. Where your organization has a separate written agreement with Bluebase, that agreement governs and prevails over these terms.
Accounts
Your organization controls your account and what you can access. Keep your sign-in credentials secure and tell your organization's administrator or us promptly about any unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
Don't use Bluebase to break the law, to infringe others' rights, to send spam or deceptive messages, to attempt to access data you aren't authorized to access, or to interfere with the service.
Your content
Your organization owns the content it provides to Bluebase. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
AI output
Agents generate responses with AI models, which can be inaccurate. Review output before relying on it. Actions that send email or change data in connected systems are shown to you for approval before they run.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms; we will update the date above when we do.
